· Check-In time is from 4:00 p.m., while Check-Out must be done before 11:00 a.m. In case of being able to enter before or leave later than the established time, customers will be notified.
· The water in the house is slightly saline. Not suitable for direct consumption, but for cooking and showering.
· Pets are not allowed.
Smoking is not allowed inside the house.
· The house must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered at Check In.
· It is strictly forbidden to organize and celebrate any type of events in the house, unless it has been expressly contracted for it with the express authorization of the property.
To formalize the reservation, 30% of the total amount is paid by bank transfer, 30% two months before the day of arrival and 40%, 15 days before the arrival date along with the deposit of € 200 and the touristic tax “ecotax“.
The deposit is refunded the day after departure by bank transfer after checking that there has been no damage to the house. Currently the cost of the ecotax is € 2.20 per person per day (children under 16 do not pay the ecotax).
The client has the right to cancel the reservation governed by the following conditions:
· Refund of the reservation if canceled more than 60 days before the date of entry into the accommodation.
· If the reservation is canceled 60 days before the date of entry into the accommodation, or less, the 60% paid for the reservation will not be refunded.
A cancellation is considered made at the time the landlord has received the cancellation in writing.
