800 meters away from our property we find the Migjorn beach, accessible on foot or by car, avoiding having to go out to the main road.

Just over 1 km away is the fishing village of Es Caló de Sant Agustí, next to Ses Platgetes beach and equipped with restaurants, pharmacy, supermarket, ATM, rent a car and shops.

Always maintaining a traditional building and architectural canons, on a private plot of 50.000 m2 surrounded by typical Pityusic vegetation such as junipers, agaves and deep pine forests, the estate consists of a complex of three houses – Migjorn, Llevant and Tramontana – that seem to form a small block of white facades, surrounded by large terraces and a common patio in which a leafy and centenary olive tree stands out, as if it was a small town square. The name of each of our houses is due to the orientation of its porch, according to the local wind rose.
